I cleared the technical round, and the HR discussion was completed. The salary was finalized, and all required documents were submitted. The HR representative mentioned that they would get approval from higher management and call me once it was approved last week.

However, today, I suddenly received a call from HCL stating that they want to conduct another interview. I’m not sure why.

I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.
