How should I move to tech as a ML Engineer? How did people here make the transition?

Currently certified in AWS (CCP, SAA, and Security) and GCP (Security Engineer and Cloud Architect).

Any recommendations on Azure certs to pursue?

Need suggestions: A newbie in ERP, Want to push for a cert to be specialized, but unsure which one to pursue that is worth the money and time:
Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Workday

Please explain why whichever system suggested is the best choice!

My old employer asked me if I wanted to come back to the company as a manager. The pay will likely be much better and the position holds more responsibility than I’ve had before, so overall it would be a step up. The issue is I left the company because of an abusive manager who constantly put me down and made me feel like I wasn’t doing anything right. If I come back I’d be working under her again.
