I currently have a full-time role at a small law firm. I honestly don't know if I want to stay here or not, that's something I'm trying to figure out. But, I do want to learn about other options. Is it a good idea to submit my resume, go to job fairs, or reach out to interesting employers, or should you only do that if you're ready to start another job?

When a role says “Remote, LOCATION” on the job description, must you live in that LOCATION and work remotely or does it mean that your home office will be that LOCATION?

I accepted a new job, they said PTO was “generous.” I find out it’s 19 days a year of PTO (which includes sick days). I have two young children and we like to vacation 1-2x a year (no more than a few days away each time). Am I crazy that this is pretty limited time off? 8 of the normal holidays off during the year (working the week between Christmas and NYE). Thoughts? I dont know if lack of PTO is a good reason to back out, is it?

I currently have a Mirena but I should replace it again soon, but one more will put me into my 50s(!!) and I was wondering if anyone here knows that they're in peri or menopause without having periods. Is there blood work or something to check? I definitely do not want to have another child accidentally. I've got 5 more years until my youngest is in college and don't want to start over again.

I am 52 I have been feeling so tired and when I was in my 40’s. I had a lot more energy. Now I am so tired after work - but I have 4 girls ages, 16-15-13-9. I am going through menopause and my Osteoarthritis hurts somedays and that doesn’t work. Any advice how to keep up with my four girls while feeling crummy?!?
