I decided that in the fall I want to change up how we work on college essays and focus more heavily on creative non-fiction as a literary form in general, then change that over to using these strategies/concepts in their own essays. I think this might alleviate some of the pressure while also inspiring them to get a bit more creative with it and showing them all that a personal essay can be. Thoughts?

How can I pivot from working as an ad agency art director to a commercial director/DP? I’m struggling to find a full time job right now. I have 16 months of internship experience at a Big4, a 4 month internship at a well known bank and a 12 month internship at a boutique consulting firm.
