One of my friend also going through the same phase so I can relate with you.

I would suggest if you don’t have any responsibilities and have enough savings go ahead as immediate joiner. Many companies are asking for immediate joiners these days.
Yes my company is going to pay me , 3 month NP money and an annual leave statement
Which will be like 6 month saving for me
If you are confident in your skills, then you can take this chance. One thing to keep in kind is that while being an immediate joiner gets you large number of calls, it takes away the chance of offer shopping
Immediate joiner by definition is someone who has no offers in hand - so, no, it won't be a problem. You might have to wait to get a new job but since your package is anyways less, it won't be a problem
Withdraw your resignation. Your org is anyway ready to give you an early release. When you find a job, you can get an early release.
I'm thinking of asking them to not give me an early release, i want to serve at least 2 month NP.
Withdraw the resignation, bcuz being unemployed and hunting job will be more frustrating.
Problem is bro ,my current company giving me so less even I having exceptional skills
It's like 5.5 lpa for 3 yr of exp
Even my manager and other leads are saying like staying in this company is not more good,as it was acquired by some US company.
I’m also an immediate joiner but not able to find anything since last month:(
You are in the accounting sector , the scope is less for those , but believe in your skills , you will get it !
