What's the best way to approach my counselor for a relocation to another city so that the counselor/manager approves without any issue..
Obviously it won't happen overnight, I have to give my handover and that could take a month, I am fine with that.

Sometimes I walk around my house calling my dogs name, pretending I don’t see him, even though he’s right there on the couch. I walk around “searching” for him. Will I ever get over my poverty mindset?

I grew up very poor. I get extreme anxiety and shame when I spend money above $20. Deep down I feel like I should scrounge and save every penny. I use bath towels that are 10 years old and threadbare cause I can't bring myself to buy a "luxury item" despite making oodles of money and have a ton saved and invested.

Currently sitting in my sweatpants with a full groutfit. Rediscovered a pair of blue sweatpants that I left at my parent’s place during the holidays and brought that back. Just found out that my favorite aunt, who claimed I was her “favorite” niece, chose to leave all her valuables to her other two nieces who never visited or called her once in the last ten years. My aunt passed away suffering from cancer last year and didn’t have her own kids. I was there by her side throughout her battle. I still wish I had done more, made her life easier. I probably sound petty, but a part of me is forcing me to re-evaluate every interaction I ever had with her.

I've been almost 3 years in my previous company and never have I ever tasted any raise from them. I got transferred to different accounts and LOB it was so exhausting and finally when I decided to leave and send my resignation my Supervisor be like "you know you should be thankful of your job" To be honest the job was very stressful and supervisor at some point is somehow toxic but thankful I get to take my leave.
