I encountered a strange behaviour with MSD.I passed the initial assessment with a high score,but after a month of struggles and many requests to HR,Conducted TR1,The interviewer,a senior software engineer,seemed unfamiliar with DE,PySpark,SQL,and Databricks,He asked questions unrelated to the DE role.Still I gave honest and fair answers, but unfortunately received -ve feedback,I felt horrible that a company rejected a guy by asking irrelevant to the JD.I dreamed about the role,but it Ended Sadly!

So I had 3 deals scheduled to either close end of May or mid June which were all pushed to end of June/beginning of July. Which is when I have my first vacation planned for over a year (I take 0 time off). My whole family is flying up and we’re renting a cabin near me. What do I do? I’m running one of the deals, semi running the other one and not doing much leading on the other one. Note: I was supposed to not be running any of these. Do I find a back up first or tell the partners first?
