I enjoy the concepting and writing part of the work but I find the whole shooting/editing/etc part of the work to be mind-numbingly boring.

Any recent numbers for Salesforce TPM - Senior Manager position?

Attempting to leave my current job for an opportunity that allows me to work, but doesn’t limit my ability to do some consulting on my own. I have an opportunity I’ve been presented but I’m fairly new at the negotiation game. How do you guys negotiate without insulting your potential opportunity provider?

I’ve been a freelance print production designer for many years, and usually on-site in the before times. Now I work remote, and am finding it uneasy dealing with billing. Before I always billed hourly, which made sense, but it’s becoming an issue now. Some companies don’t have a full days’ work, so it seems wrong to bill full days, and it allows me to juggle projects for different companies, but my billable hours are down. I know I should bill a daily rate, but not sure that will fly. Thoughts?

I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing. The first one seemed like a good fit at first but then it turned out to not be the best place for me so I left. At my current agency I feel super undervalued. I’m always raising my hand and offering to help where I can and no matter what I do, I don’t feel utilized or valued or part of the team.It’s really taken a toll on my confidence

Very lucky to have a job. Our team of 9 creatives is now 3. I’m working 12-14 hours with a young child who needs me. Salary cuts to come. I just keep thinking, “The best way out is always through”.
