A recruiter recently asked for my law school transcripts, which show my incomplete status from that first cycle. Do recruiters actually care about a one-time bar failure once you have a few years of practice under your belt?

They told me to focus on contract management, which I have been doing for the past year. Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate. That was 1.5 years ago and I am still in the limbo of juggling my own workload + doing assistant roles for my supervisors. I have also had no increase in pay, which is a huge deal for me.
