I finally automated something I have been doing manually every single Monday morning for a year. It took me two hours to build. It will save me 30 minutes every week forever. I ran it this morning and just sat there watching it work like it was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen.

So, what are the pros and cons of living in Texas and working in Texas Biglaw?

Currently a 2nd yr lit associate (big law) in NY considering a move to a TX big law firm for the financial opportunity. Would leave to hear thoughts on this type of move or from someone who’s done so!

Would you move to NYC if you found a job there and can afford the lifestyle / rent? Not sure if I should do it, GF would rather stay here.. any advice?
