I find it really bizarre that I’ve won almost all the prestigious design awards out there with my personal projects, but agencies I worked for/with rarely submitted any work to design awards / awards under design category… I mean should I just start my own agency at this point?

I have practiced for five years and make $121k as an employee of a financial services company. As the only attorney, I oversee all statewide collections efforts, from demand letter to garnishment, with a case volume of nearly 7k new cases per year, of which the majority I end up litigating. I receive only a $1k bonus per year. Is my compensation fair? My last insurance defense gig was $75k.
