I was just offered a CUNY role. The title is Higher Education Assistant. According to Glassdoor, the average annual pay for that role is $83,418. However, I was offered $62,500. I requested for the minimum annual salary to be 75k. Does anyone have experience navigating the CUNY system and their pay?

Xlookup better than vlookup
This and only this. VLOOKUP is boomer/childs play.
FILTER, INDEX, MATCH, INDIRECT some of my favs
You can use xlookup in a way that's better than index match in my opinion.
Xlookup, filter, counta(unique())
Sort(unique()), lookup(find())
I’ve never tried Sort with Unique. Gonna try that today!
Xlookup and subtotal, the double click on format to paste a format multiple times, only copying the format once. lol and of course the “new window” especially when my raw data is on another tab (whomever here introduced me to that, I am forever in your debt)

Index Match, XLOOKUP, OFFSET
Index-Match, Xlookup, Offset.
personally use a lot of filter
