I gave walk-in interview at TCS, Noida location for the AWS DevOps role on 8th Feb and was selected. All my documents were verified successfully. However, later the recruiter informed me that my profile is on hold due to the late submission of my experience letter, even though I submitted it on time, AND I had already resigned from my previous organization based on this offer, and now I am left without a job as TCS has stopped responding. I am currently jobless , CAN ANY ONE ONE PLZ HELP ME

I have an offer of 15 Lpa from Nagarro and expecting one from Capgemini around 18-19 maybe with joining bonus as the offer letter is not yet released. Really confused which one to join as Nagarro has a pros of work from anywhere while Capgemini will work on hybrid model. Can anyone please help me in giving some insights .

Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role

but I want to work in (Full Stack) Java development I have learned spring boot, angular, rest API, AWS CI/CD pipeline and I have good knowledge of core java, collections.

Will it be a good decision to directly get a job as an experienced candidate by telling I have experience in Java(2 years)

or

I shouldn't lie about my prior experience with SAP BASIS.
