1. Will I get the variable if I join in March?

The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!

My biggest concern was clarity around potential progression / career path. In 2nd interview with COO of the company (~3Bn rev & ~7k FTE) they mentioned the aim is to transition me into their role or to COO of their largest BU in 2-3 years when they become CEO. This sounded far fetched to me / unlikely or like false / unrealistic promise? Any thoughts/advice?
