I got an offer from LTIMINDTREE for snowflake data engineer role.

How are the projects for snowflake there ??

Seems they are conducting snowflake drive weekend.

Assume they have big projects on same skill.

They have a drive for everything these days, problem is lack of projects , few projects which are there are very short term. So they will pip->layoff or harass you to resign . Even clearing client interview doesn't guarantee project because they don't agree on billing.

Check everything about project before joining.

As i said projects are few and short term , so you will be on bench and high chances laid off also. Check everything about what you are being hired for. If you have short term project you will struggle to get another once it is over

Any tips for how to maximize property damage insurance claim?

I'm 1st time landlord and my single tenant in Seattle unfortunately overdosed on cocaine+pills 5 days before found in kitchen. :( Extensive damage.

Seeking tips - ex. contractor validating damage was on highest cost cabinets & flooring, replace all tile/grout, contractors upbid damage value (within reason).

Too many are advising being bold w insurance companies we all pay for most our lives, but open to all advice.
