I got an offer from Wellsfargo for lead independent testing officer. I am having 11 years of experience. What should be my CTC ? Wells Fargo additionally, could anyone help me with the designation. How is the work culture of the company ?

It's been 3 week with CTS (cognizant). After HR discussion HR said wait for offer letter but no offer letter yet.

Did i ask too much?? Will congnizant not approve my Expected CTC? HR is not picking up what to do?
