The moderators are desperate to have us engage. Clearly do not understand introversion

Started at my first agency 3 mo. ago. I’m doing great work on exciting clients, but I often feel uninspired and drained. Is it growing pains or is this the wrong industry for me? How will I know?

So I’m engaged in an interview process for a top FinTech company. It started the 1st week of August and just now I’ve gotten word from my recruiter that they didn’t update on any decisions made. I had my 3rd & final interview last Friday. My recruiter doesn’t communicate well nor does she let me communicate with the company direct. May I being led on? Am I still in the race for this role in your opinion with the details stated. Please message me if you would like to know more in detail.

Does anyone have question suggestions for a final interview with skip level boss? Big picture, vision for the role + team, growth strategy type questions! Thanks :)

How does the Merck interview/hiring process work? My wife interviewed there 2 weeks ago for a job and hasn’t heard anything… today she got an email from workday about “continuing the process”. The there was a link in the email that brought her to workday and asked about non compete and salary requirements. Is this possibly good news or just standard practice?

Hi everyone, realizing my career may be incompatible with my needs at home (I have a school age child with special needs). Any moms/dads find any companies or jobs in the UX field that are part time? I am wondering if it’s possible to stay in this field or if I need to take a step back and figure out something new. What has worked for any of the working moms/dads out there. I work for ERC department and assist north america employees..it's been like 17months now and within ERC i have also done Ticketing and HR cases...

Really looking for a way to turn around a toxic building culture with staff to staff bullying, cliques/social isolation, hard feelings on big topics (racism, non acceptance of gender identity). Last year the staff polarized with the lead bully whom I helped leave. And the lead gossip (who was my secretary) that gained their sympathy and turned them against me. She also left. Now I need to regain trust and eliminate unacceptable teacher behaviors. Open to any and all advice.
