I got an offer from WIPRO a couple of weeks ago. I was ok with CTC offered but asked for change in designation as it was something discussed even before starting process.

Now the HR is saying that the system issue for last 2 weeks and providing lip service saying it's taking long but we are processing. I want to know how legit is this?? Or shall I consider this offer gone?

LMAO what do Afro Latinos look like? I was hoping someone can help me with the next task: basically, I need to create inventory recommendation based on past performance. What I am very confused about is that they gave me Booked Impressions (=4M), but in the task it says I should assume there is unlimited inventory. My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
