I got laid off. And I'm still in disbelief. I guess my takeaway is to always plan for the future and be cognizant of how organizational changes can affect your role. I have to admit I noticed early signs of a shift in strategy/ team composition, but didn't give it much thought. Sharing this to help others possibly avoid being in my situation.

I am done with my client interview and it went well but they are asking me to come to gugaon location.
I am from Bangalore location.
I directly said to client that I can't since I have my family here.
When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.
This is not good right. What should be my reply to the client in such a case and how to handle manager on this?

I’m starting to slowly get into product marketing at my job, eventually fully transition in product marketing. I’d love to get some advice on how to best work with a product team and build a relationship. Seems like our product is never quite ready (new features, updates, etc)

Doesnt even know how to talk in a certain professional manner, fed up with his nagging behaviour.

And yeah forgets everything! Need to remind him each and everytime about the tasks and boom, then he comes up with his negative demotivating statements!
