Congratulations! What level? I’m not an AE, but I’d recommend that anyone who is going to start a new job here try to push for more RSUs.

Someone from SF can correct me if I’m wrong here but I don’t think there’s a ton of wiggle room as your upside is whatever you manage to sell. The sales org is extremely high stress and as a partner it feels like a lot of AEs are desperate to close some of the most random things towards the end of quarters.
Good to hear. Obviously I know there's a 50/50 split base salary and commission. But looking to see if they do signing bonuses and guarantees.
Not sure how similar MuleSoft and Salesforce AE comps are, but I joined MuleSoft and did quite a bit of negotiation. I got the highest salary for that level, signing bonus and a ramp up guarantee, but the ramp is different at MS and it’s a standard 6 month ramp.
I had some leverage since my previous salary was really high and I was pending a sizable bonus that I would miss out on so rather than giving them a target salary and signing bonus %, I gave them my minimum guaranteed income for the first year that I’d need for it to make sense for me.
total comp?
If I'm being really technical 7 years of b2b. But 15+ years of "sales" if I include part time work
