I got my green card in 2021 from work. My husband is a US citizen and we got married in 2023. Do I still need to wait for 5 years before I can apply for US citizenship? My understanding is it would only take me 3 years if I was already married to my husband before I got my green card. Otherwise, I would still need to wait for 5 years to become a US citizen. TIA!

Does it matter if I don’t meet the specific job requirements when transferring H1B? The job posted requires CPA license but I haven’t got it. The employer is still willing to hire me. I know for PERM process, meeting minimum requirements is important but not sure if H1B have such requirement. I heard that for H1B as long as it’s a position requiring bachelors degree and specifically occupation that should be fine. But kinda worried about this.
