I got offer as AI/ML Engineer. I have some other offers but optum is better in terms of pay.

I am looking for stability and longer stint. I saw few posts about layoffs and it impacted AI/ML team as well. If anyone is aware, please share your view on possible future layoffs/ how is the team and work culture.

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter).
