Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

Zero important.
Go where you'll make the best work, regardless of title.
Congrats!!
Depends on the agency?
Jr at Wieden vs. mid level at vayner.
Jr at Wieden is a CD at Laundry Service.
Starting as a straight copywriter can definitely make your career path easier later on (even if it’s just a shop that doesn’t have junior titles) but the opportunities at each job could easily outweigh the title.
This is helpful. Thanks.
Coach
All other factors being equal, it doesn’t matter at all.
You don’t have to put that “jr” on your linked in or your site. So the only people who will know the difference are the folks at your agency.
If the pay is roughly the same, go with the best opportunity.
the agency i’m at now doesn’t differentiate “junior” vs “copywriter” but i’m definitely a junior and not a mid level. it’s really just an “organization chart.” don’t let that be a factor in deciding!! go with the best fit, team, and potential
Right on, cool. Thanks.
Anyone who puts that apostrophe there is definitely a Jr.
Anyone who makes this sort of comments is definitely frustrated.
How much experience do you have?
I’ve freelanced for just over a year now. Was a commercial director/ production three years prior. I’m fine with a Jr. title but ended up snagging interviews for positions that weren’t.
