Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. My whole family is full of extroverts. I'm the only odd one out, an introvert.
Whenever any relative or anyone visits us, they talk, laugh around etc. And I just sit there with my phone, scrolling any random app to let that time pass. People always comment on my nature that I'm so silent, I speak very less etc. They know it's my nature but they still make it a point to call it out. I don't have any reply to this, I just give a smile, that's it.
