I got offer letter from Genpact in Feb 2025 and my date of joining was 3rd March. But in my employment history there was 3 months overlapping that's why offer letter was revoked. After that overlapping case resolved i re applied in April and got offer letter for gurgaon location. My tentative date of joining is 17th april.After E Acceptance of offer letter I got pre onboarding HR mail regarding BGV but didn't get Genpact welcome mail which contains URL link and log in credentials.

I have recovered from Corona Virus. Its 6 weeks now and I can tell you that the after effects are real. I have anxiety that I will never get over the fatigue, brain fog, inability to form sentences and words and headaches which make my work days very difficult to get thru.

Can folks share their experiences of working during 2nd and 3rd trimesters? How hard was it? What accommodations or adjustments did you make?
