I got rejected at final round of Microsoft interview. But after 2 weeks the got mail to take codability round which is the first round for the same position from different HR. Will I be eligible to take interview for same role again?

The work here is too stressful and there is absolutely zero WLB. So I decided to start looking out again. However I am not getting good interview calls. Are most companies not hiring now ? Or could it because my CTC is too high ?

Three days later recruiter wants to give me a call and “give an update”. Schedules it after 2 days. This morning cancels last minute as they are having “internal discussions”.
