Annual Performance bonus will be getting from 5** grade
They will be getting only CEO bonus...

Wow. Tough to make that decision without knowing
I will add it’s not the official offer, but I thought the verbal offer would give a better understanding of where they coming from and set a good foundation for the official.
Beware as I received a verbal offer and then the recruiter came back saying she couldn’t get it approved and then she offered 10% less.
Also, it’s important where you start at with Oracle. Once hired you really need to make sure you have an advocate in your corner that sees your value and will fight to get you raises otherwise the raises are mediocre as well as few and far between.

Well, depends what country you live on. Usually they write down the offer on the proposal. Don't sign anything on the dark.
