I got told I was chose for a senior consultant role. However, the recruiter didn’t give me an actual base salary, just a range. How am I supposed to decide whether to accept/know what side of the range they will come in at. Is this normal? Oracle

YoE 12.5, cctc 10.5 and holding offers till 23.5 fixed and few more in pipeline, expecting till 27 with 40 days left in np. Out of curiosity. How would a company view a potential candidate who has a period of unemployment to study for the CPA. I am considering to start studying for the exam but I know I would need to leave my employer in order to give 110%. I am contemplating the idea of at least passing one part while employed.
