I had an offer from TCS and the joining date was 4th August earlier but presently the joining date is removed and upon calling, HR is telling it is delayed by a few months. I have dependent parents and my father is a Vertigo patient. At this point going jobless (only 10 days left to my last working day and present organisation HRs are not responding) is letting me into a very helpless situation.
At this point I am urgently searching for opportunities and will be very grateful if considered.

Off topic - I will be moving to Hyderabad soon and planning to get my Delhi number 4 wheeler along. I don’t plan on changing the registration number. Do cops create problems for outside number vehicles without NOC?

Accenture offering crazy hikes what can be the reason?

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. Any idea how can I get this escalated so that the recruiter ( Accenture employee) should at least be careful in future before fooling a noob like me?

1-assessment and i got the completion message and confirmation
2-after that interview went very well
3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.


After 3 days on monday -today
Someone called me from hr and told me you have to appear for all the things again.
