I had cleared my final round of interview at pwc more than 10 days ago and have sent all the documents to HR. Compensation discussion yet to be done. But I haven't been contacted by HR since then, I called him to discuss the status of my application, he told he would call me, I am confused if hiring team at PWC usually take this long to connect with the candidate on compensation discussion or should I think otherwise.

My total YoE is 14 years. I know pretty long stay in TCS. I am happy with the work though I am not a project lead or in some manager position. Got onsite opportunity almost 7 years in support project. But some time seeing my x-teammates who have changed many companies and now in better position, feeling like I would have moved out instead of sticking to 1 company. Now decided I have to come out from this comfort zone. I know it is possible but worried a bit with my exp. I need you guys advice..Plz

How am I expected to bill 1900 hours when I only have 8 cases and when I ask for work no one responds.
