I had given interview with infosys yesterday, but i haven’t received any rejection mail or documents submisson mail. As i could see some of the pepole are getting mail to submit documents on the interview day itself.

Could someone please let me know what is the actual process after technical.Infosys

Does company ask scheduled interview mail etc when we want to resign and said that i am getting an offer (which is just a word).
How can anyone handle this situation? please reply

What will be the hike range of CTS after completing 11 moths in CTS, and what is by default % hike of Cognizant.
I joined CTS on Nov 21 as Programer analyst.

Accepting an offer in IBD, lateraling over from consulting. Opportunity of a lifetime for me so don’t want to lose it.
But timing is horrible. I joined the Army Reserves before this opportunity was on my radar. Interviewed over several months, got the offer, but shipping out in 1 month for training for 6 months.
Do I irreversibly shoot my career by joining and immediately going on LoA? I obviously haven’t mentioned it in the interview process. Or will this be forgotten a couple years in?

What’s the salary range for a program manager at Google? Or even generally in industry? Glassdoor is not very helpful.

My technology is Oracle apps technical with 9+ yrs of exp.
I have 3 offers please suggest which one i choose .

I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?

I got selected in Infosys and offer was about to get release today but at last minute suddenly today infy HR told I was interviewed 5 months 20 days before in infosys so they cannot proceed now as 6 months cool off period.
