I had HR round with tcs and due agency candidate they said they have budget issue and can give the max CTC 36LPA. after receiving the salary breakup I realised there is almost 20% variable component. I am holding another offer of 35 fixed. What CTC from tcs would make it comparable to 35 fixed. I am yet to receive final offer. Are there any chance that tcs might not release the offer letter?Tata consultancy services (tcs)

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.

I got an offer from infosys for 5.5lpa+75k bonus, & now I have another offer of 7.5k+80k from globallogic. I prefer to join infosys as it is in my home town.
