Hey guys, Since I am working in Deloitte and right now, I am working from home. I want to go Nepal for 2 months and I want to work from there. Do I need to tell my manager or simply I can go there and start my work. Is there any obligation?
Note- I don't want to tell anyone. Since it may backfire sometimes

You have a 50:50 chance. Generally companies keep a budget for any open position. If the candidate performance in interview is extraordinary, they utilise that budget at full. If the performance is good, they try to negotiate. If performance is average or below and the expected salary is at the budget level, those candidates usually loose the opportunity.
Another minimum considering factor is CCTC.
So it's all depends on technical rounds feedback and your performance + skillset match.
Not really. It depends on various factor.
1. Is ur expectations within their budget?
2. If not can they extend the budget . In that case they will check if ur interview went very good and having niche skills helps.
3. How badly they need you based on ur skill set.
4. How many good candidates they interview . If this number is good your chance of getting offer out of their budget is less .
5. The project you are hired for how critical is it. Some time they hire for new project and they may not get roll out. In that case low chances of getting offer.
So it's not depend on your interview also on various factors. All the best.
By the way how good is DXC?
It's depends on the project you working on. Although everything is good.
What is your yoe and what expected number you shared ?
I might be able to tell you
Yes
