What are some red flags you've noticed in the hiring process? I've finally landed an interview after weeks of applying. I think it went well on my end, but something about the managers I spoke with just feels...off.

How many billable hours per week is considered at capacity? I’m getting pushback on boundaries I’m setting about additional matters and marketing work from my firm when I’ve been billing 60-75 hours per week for the last 6 weeks, and I’m still behind on my work. 4YOE @Amazon & trying to lateral to a similar role @FAANG. Have my undergrad GPA (3.8/4) on resume from top 15 school but colleague says to take it off (looks silly). If it’s a good school & high GPA, why ever take it off your resume? Even if 10 YOE...can’t hurt?

Have a 2 hour LBO model test for small size PE shop. How complex are these typically? Similar to a paper LBO given the 2 hour time frame or more of a full 3 statement model?
