I have been into graphics designing for 4 yrs and now heading towards UX Designing but I'm feeling kinda lost because everybody wants experienced person so how freshers gonna make it.


Any advice how to move ahead or any job referral for internships or entry level ?

I'm the hiring mgr for designers in my org. I recently discovered pay band information given to me by the HR generalist I'm working with on hiring was outdated and updated bands had been released over the summer (prior to my hire date). The outdated information had led me to believe a prime candidate was out of range. Aside from incompetence, can anyone think of a reason why HR might have withheld information about the pay bands? I assume mgrs see the full monty when it comes to pay...right?

Technology : AWS (DWH)

I have cleared Tech M client round and sure on the project and role details.
But Hitachi has not confirmed on the project details and said I'll get to know once I'm onboarded.

As an Independent consultant, to move on to MNCs, How would be the BGV? As I am/was the owner of all the projects handled for a decade. Apart from invoice raised for the companies and source code built on my own, don't have any other proof.. How BGV will go in that aspects?

I joined company B few months back, and they mentioned that i will be getting offer letter of company A and payroll will be also from company A as the company B will be separating from A in sometime. So now as they separated i got new compensation letter from company B and the joining date mentioned there is the date on which they separated and not the actual joining date on which i joined. Won't this be considered as a switch by future employers? In the new offer letter there is no mention of A

I have got offer from Accenture for 20LPA with 16LPA fixed and 4LPA as variable pay.
Now Capgemini wants to retain me and they have told they can give counter offer for 16-16.5 LPA though I asked for 17.5 LPA as fixed what should I do now accept and revoke resignation?
My years of experience is 8.
