I'm having 3rd round of interview with director of IQVIA , still unsure what kind of questions going to be asked, need your inputs here.

Sounds like atos.. you can get your clarifications from HR and ask them on email or company letterhead
Whats the issue here. I understand you have all the required documents of joining and seperation. You can anyways explain your future employers if they ask else nobody asks on previous employment durations
The thing is i don't want to show frequent hops in my profile. But when I make a switch the employer will ask for an offer letter and experience letter of the current company which would be dated as the date of separation. Then how will i justify the period before that? Profile with frequent hops are not considered by good companies as it highlights that the candidate is not staying at a place for a certain amount of time and is switching frequently.
Also in the release letter that i got from company A they haven't mentioned anywhere that they were related earlier and separated now.
Also they said that in the experience letter also the date would be the separation date and not the actual date of joining.
It’s fine I guess. These events are usually public information. You can tell your future employer about the whole situation
