Which came into my profile since I had to leave the job urgently due to medical condition of father

I joined B company and got 15 days overlap into epfo. I have company A's reliving letter and emails stating urgent need to leave job.

I got all interviews cleared in Tcs
In last round with manager, he told me that there should not be dual employment or moonlighting.

Will tcs fail me into bgv?
All interview rounds were Great.
Please help
