I have 2 offers
One is from Tech Mahindra(which i have already joined) in same city and with joining bonus for client ZS Associates.
Another is from EY for different city with no relocation and no bonus and with almost same fix.
Which one should i go for.
If EY, then will Tech M release me. Work is not started yet.

Hi all, wanted to share a couple things that have been real blessings to me and boosters to my faith lately in case they are helpful for anyone else: 1) CBSM - it’s a 4-year course that takes you though the whole Bible. Im in year 2 and love it. 2) Pints with Aquinas podcast. He has both long form/interview podcasts and also very short Bible study podcasts where he analyzes a verse or two and provides Aquinas’ view on it. If you have things that’ve helped your faith lately, I’d love to hear ‘em!

Is it possible to claim the Microsoft Certification costs in ZS? If so, what's the limit?

I feel very stuck at work on days. There is no understanding of the problem statement and also sometimes the expectations set by the AC/C are very vague. It brings my motivation down. Any tips on how to work through this without feeling like I am doing too less or it will affect my review at the end of the day?

Does ZS revoke offer letter? I referred a friend, they got a generous offer as a SDE. But the HR is not responding since past 4 days to any call or email and the joining date is close.
