I have 2 years of audit experience and 1 year of experience as an accountant. I’m currently making $75K in Texas and looking for a higher paying role. Do Financial Analyst/Financial Reporting roles pay significantly higher? I don’t have my CPA yet, and not sure if that will make my pay go up by much since I’m still early in my career. Any advice is greatly appreciated! Also, if anyone offers career coaching - I would be open to learning more! Thank you!

I got selected in LTI, the offered CTC is less than my current CTC, HR says they have budget constraints.

They were aware about my current CTC right from the first call.

I also shared the counter offer that I'm holding. (Offered CTC > Current CTC)
Switch won't make sense if I don't get the basic hike.
