Wow you are severely underpaid. IMO you should be getting paid double that. You should negotiate and tell them what the market rate is for what you do based on research.
Why stay loyal to a company if they don’t have your best interests?
This is so sad. Let them know that you really want this to work but you’re very underpaid when you consider your experience, your productivity, the amount of roles you do, and the level efficiency you perform this with. Let them know that you need a raise in order to make this work. If they don’t give you what you want, let them know it would take at least three people to replace you, and would probably cost them about four times your current salary. That doesn’t include the cost of recruiting them. You should be making 6 figures.
I see only 1 problem with this advice. "If they don't give you what you want..." Regardless how you feel about President Donald Trump, one thing he has always been good at is negotiations. In order for them to give you what you want, you need to start with "The Big Ask". That way, once they negotiate it down, it lands at what you really wanted in the first place and they still feel like they won because they didn't have to pay your original, ridiculously high ask.
Immediately apply everywhere. You are grossly underpaid. Get information for similar job titles and duties in your location. Ask for a raise. Let them make you an offer. Work both ends of that problem.
