I have 3 offers, JPMC, Blackrock and Amex. Three are giving same pay and role is AI Engineer 2.
I'm inclined towards JPMC as I had 6 rounds for it and met the entire leadership chain, including the CFO of the business function. They gave the highest base pay, whereas Blackrock and Amex came later and are willing to match the JP's offer. I'm getting a bit confused as in where to join. What do u guys think?
Blackrock had 5 rounds and Amex had 3. How is the work culture? Which to choose?

First year associate thinking about making the just from medium sized reputable IP firm to In House. Started at said firm summer of 1L year as a law clerk/patent agent in May 2019, have worked through school and full time as associate since Sept 2021. Feeling very “stuck” in day to day work. Love the patent/IP space but drafting and pros w/minimal human interaction is getting very difficult. Thinking In House would be better, but not sure how much experience needed. Thoughts?

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?

Target tech stack - CQRS Java Spring boot microservices, React, Postgres, Mongo(The tech stack I am comfortable with)
Rubrik tech stack - Python Microservices, Postgres backend and Angular fronend.(The tech stack I have never worked with)
