Has anyone dealt with coming to terms with an emotionally abusive relationship? When he texted ending it l….it wasn’t me, like we weren’t us, his words were from someone else, like I didn’t matter. In my organization, most with my role are commission based. Anyone living close to an office, got a holiday party with food and drinks, and the venue started open for them until around midnight. 1. Is it fair to leave an organisation (big brand) after a year as the environment is real toxic and there’s no career growth as well in terms of good work.
