I have been selected into ZS for the BTAC role under CCM(Customer-Centric Marketing). My YOE is 3.8 in Cognizant, and the domain is ETL, DW, cloud(AWS).

My question is, ZS is giving a great package compared to what I have in Cognizant (Above 100% hike), and Cognizant is ready to retain me by giving somewhere 50%-60% hike. Will ZS be a good choice for me to switch? In terms of growth, technologies, work, pay. Or should I accept what cognizant is giving and get retained?

How is WLB at onsite(malaysia)? I have been offered a role at client site.

I have accepted my sexuality and found peace with the long battle of wanting to be something not what I actually am. On one side I have a lot of pressure around me being gay and trying to get a PR and get out of India, on another side I have a lot financial issues. I’m trying so hard to focus on work and to meet the expected bar for my current role. But the office politics here is toxic and always putting me down. Should I leave my first permanent job as a team leader of 4 DPs in a FMCG business (only been there for 4 months) to join a huge Tech business for a 12months contract?

They offer me 60% more money than my permanent role. Circa 2000 dollars every month in my pocket

However, I am worried if I accept the tech role and I do not become permanent I will be looking again for a job in 12-24 months and my CV won't be showing a managerial position. Won't be showing any progress.

Because some time consultant level guy gets an salary of lead level guy.

I hardly work for more than 30 mins a day in my current project in a small company. It's server monitoring support work and mostly no issues. I have 15 years work exp but still getting only 11 LPA. Should I remain here for wlb or upskill and move up.

The distance between my wife's location(electronic City wipro) and my location(Whitefield) is around 25km...is it possible to change my office location in banglore to electronic City (thick campus) from Whitefield (anchor building)tcs Bangalore...
However I am not yet onboarded... Didn't get vdi..will they give me release so that I can select the project which is in electronic City..

I have 2 offers one from ZS 8lpa + bonus + food wifi +elrp+ gradutiy and pf = 11.5 lpa

Other from LTI 10.7fixed+ annual bonus+ graduity + pf = 12 lpa

ZS is convenient travelling wize LTI is little far.
