I’ve been so many places where everyone throws around comms planning, connections planning, and channel planning (and others) interchangeably. But then some folks say there’s nuance. Is there?

I just started at a new agency and learned that the entire agency has limited to no experience with comms planning but somehow merely the mention of a comms plan evokes a visceral reaction from multiple disciplines. Hi all, does anyone have a good framework they would recommend for developing HCP/physician communication strategies and defining tactics for HCP engagement (outside of pharma reps)? There is of course a ton out there for patient communications such as patient journey mapping but engaging HCPs is a very different beast. Looking for something a bit more nuanced than a traditional consumer framework. Thanks!
