I feel like I’ve lost myself since joining McK. My whole world has become about work. I love my job but I’m not the same person I started and I feel I don’t connect with my friends and family the way I use to. I’m not sure if I’ve grown, or lost a part of myself. Hi all, does anyone have a good framework they would recommend for developing HCP/physician communication strategies and defining tactics for HCP engagement (outside of pharma reps)? There is of course a ton out there for patient communications such as patient journey mapping but engaging HCPs is a very different beast. I absolutely hate creating tactical maps/ecosystems/plumbing charts etc. I love actually working on developing brand plans and tactics- and even the understanding of channels. Should I change fields? What else is there?

I’m struggling a bit. Can any kind of person show me awesome examples of comms plans that really lifted the creative idea? I learn best by seeing examples or case studies. I can explain below...
