1. Legato Health Tech (Anthem subsidary) - 18.5 LPA all fixed + bonus is there - Tech stack - Big Data scala spark, aws

2. Chubb India - 20 LPA fixed + 1.6 VP + 1 L JB - Tech Stack - Pyspark

3. IQVIA - 20 Fixed + 1.6 VP - Tech stack - Spark Scala

Out of these which one should I choose?

Recently got an offer from PharmEasy for the Data Analyst role with a 30 % hike from current salary at Deloitte, where CTC is 8.1 LPA
But will have to pay in the training cost along with the joining bonus which comes up to 2.4 lac. Really confused what to do as I've been on bench for 3 months now with no learning opportunity and don't know what kind of projects I might get ahead and what about the wlb as compared to PharmEasy.
