I have 7 years of experience in Accounting and working in Genpact with 5LPA, I am planning to do certification of Finance with IIM Lucknow online guided by Telent Edge, please tell me guys should I do that certification or not because the fees of that course is 1.4L and it is high for me so should I spend time and money or not, I am open for suggestions....

For questions as to why you are looking to leave your current firm.. I am looking to move because for some reason I am hand-held a lot and given simpler tasks, so I am getting bored and want more challenging / much more fast paced environment. Also kind of bored because I am on one project for a long time and I want exposure to variety of projects. Is this a fair answer or would I be seen as arrogant? When requesting feedback I’m told I’m on the right path, no suggestions on what to improve. I asked about timelines for advancement and not being given anything concrete. Recently interviewed with another company as a Vendor Mgmt partner. Individual contributor, high visible position with potential. Thoughts?

In CA: PC bought condo while with gf, then quitclaimed it to her via quitclaim deed and sold it to her for $100k, which they put in writing. Fast forward they broke up and PC tried to get his $100k from her and filed suit but her attorney is saying that since he quitclaimed the property to her he has no rights including no rights to the breach of contract claim. This doesn’t seem right but I’m having a hard time finding caselaw that directly says this. Any help will be appreciated!
