I have 7+ years of experience in AWS SECURITY, cleared technical rounds of interviews, current CTC 27 lacs, how much I can expect from Wipro for Band B3

Anyone left FIS Global within very short duration after joining like within 6 month or less than that ?
If yes what was the reason to leave that ? So that could understand cons of FIS.

What are your client follow-up/communication policies or practices? I’m hearing more and more that clients don’t like the long periods of time with little to no contact.
