Somebody say layoffs?

Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.
https://ergochair.co/collections/chairs/products/ergonomics-mesh-chair-w-adjustable-headrest-and-armrest?variant=32511617597491
My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.

If you are fresh to accenture i know you can stay for as long as your first project comes. But once you have been staffed, your tfs sends you mean emails
Hahaha na man, I know ppl who have been there for 3 months: really depends on the pipeline
There are some tfs that are just terrible. Specially in the media industry
Usually it's 4-2-2. 4 weeks bench. Then HR lets you know you have 2 weeks to find a project. Then it's 2 week notice.
I would say it completely depends on level and what the pipeline is like. I was on the bench for 4 months when I joined. But, stay busy on the bench, try to get a BD code when you can, and document all the work you do for people while on it. That will at least differentiate you from those not doing much.
Is it better to just take on any role to get off the bench at some point? I get pinged or qualify for work outside my OG, but don't have much luck reaching out to people actually in my group...
Totally depends. Manager. Just pulled me off one project so they could have me on another and delayed on the next so 6 weeks of bench time here I come!
Meanwhile depends on your level and prospects...
3 weeks
Really?
^@M1
No easy answer to that. Depends on level, OG, specialty, Industry group (if not strategy), etc.
I've seen 3 weeks I've also seen 6 months.
Different for new analysts I think though.
A3 said it best. Analysts get a lot more bench tolerance than say a manager. It all just depends. Personally I wasn't chargeable for almost 6 months.
3 weeks and you make it to a list - bad things happen after that
If it's been a while on the bench and you have a role, take it. You need to get chargeable.
OP it really depends on a number of things as other have mentioned. Like DTE, pipeline, level, so there is no real answer. I am MC, FS Sr. Analyst and was just on the bench for 6 weeks with no 2 week "find a role" or "notice" email. My TFS said I was good. You will find one thing soon. But, things really slow down in Nov through Feb due to the holidays.
I think they give you a year as an analyst where you are nearly exempt. Then they start enforcing their bench time rule. I know people that were laid off after 3 weeks, but it depends on alignment
