I have a brother who has been very difficult. He is aggressive and I would say he's depressed. It is difficult to do anything with him or talk to him. How can I start to help him if he does not even move ? He is 14 and refuses to go to school and the school has a year long waiting list for a therapist.

I’d like to say “I ran an experiment”. But the truth is simply that I’m an alcoholic (or just an addict) by definition; I’m the type to have periodic mid/long-term bursts of heavy drinking. I most recently lost almost everything to it and my employer, if they did notice, had no concerns. Now I’m switching jobs and had to take a drug screen… I could have passed with flying colors and a 1.3BAC, no one would say a thing. It’s terrifying.

I do an hour workout and split it between 10 mins cardio and 50 mins strength workout. Q - do you do cardio first or last? I do it first, but see a lot of folks at the gym do it in the end. Any benefit of one vs the other?

I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.
Any idea how much time does the HR can take if they want to give offer.
