I have a offer with ey which i got this week. In my current organisation hike letter will be released last of this month. I may get promotion not sure. Since the offer which ey provided will be same as the one with usual hike in my current organisation will be + the amount for promotion I receive. Can i wait for a week to check that and initiate resignation. Will it be a problem since joining date would differ and already they have sent a date which is inside my notice, i need to ask to change.
